Working on gadgets constantly can have some side effects like text neck, stiff shoulder muscles, and headaches. To prevent any vision issues, here are some things to keep in mind while using devices.
Sitting straight up
Bending your neck or your back while reading a book, scrolling through your phone, or working on a laptop is a common problem. Especially if you have a desk job that requires you to be working on a computer most part of the day. This can mean slouching down and risking bad posture.
